New Support Email Address and Temporary Support Number – Effective October 7, 2025

Since March, Orgadata has been part of Forterro. As part of this European software provider, we can deliver even greater value to you and continue to drive the digital transformation of our industry – with tangible benefits for the business of our customers. 

 

New Email Domain

This transition will also be reflected in our email addresses. Beginning in October 2025, we will adopt the Forterro domain @forterro.com. The local part of the address (the section before the @) will remain the same:
 

• Emails from personal contacts at Orgadata are structured as follows: Firstname.Lastname@forterro.com
• The email address from which invoices are sent, for example, has also changed accordingly: PlaceholderLocalPart@forterro.com
• Please note: the domain of our support email address remains unchanged an is still service@orgadata.com.

A forwarding service will ensure that any messages sent to @orgadata.com continue to reach us.

Temporary Support Number

As part of this transition, we’re also upgrading our phone system. During this time, our support number will temporarily change.

From Tuesday, 7 October 2025, please contact our support team on the temporary number: +61 7 2145 4011

This number will remain in use until our usual support line +61 7 3397 4148 is restored. We’ll let you know as soon as the original line is available again.

Due to the domain migration, our email systems will be unavailable from Friday, October 3, 00:00 CET, until Monday, October 6, 08:00 CET. We appreciate your understanding during this brief downtime.
